How it Works:

• We submit your test results and pertinent clinical data to the specialist along with a synopsis of the history of the present illness and clinical question being asked.

• The specialist answers us with their guidance on what the best next steps are for the management of the clinical question we asked. 

• We can then ask the same specialist follow-up questions or get a second opinion from another specialist.

• The average response time from the specialist panel is 2.5 hours.

• This service reduces the need to see a specialist in person up to 70% of the time. 

• As a member of our direct primary care clinic you are entitled to unlimited virtual specialist consultations as long as they are medically necessary.

• Consultations are anonymous, consultants do not see your name and we don't see their name.
