Family
$20per child, per month
Add children to any adult membership. We see patients age 2 and up.

Pay for 11 months up front and the 12th is free — $1,650 a year for an individual, $2,200 for a couple. Membership starts with 3 months paid up front, and you can cancel afterwards with 30 days’ written notice. Membership is not health insurance and does not meet minimum essential coverage.
Pay for the year and get a month free
Pay 11 months up front and the 12th is on us — about 8.3% off. That is $1,650 a year for an individual, which works out at $137.50 a month, and $2,200 a year for a couple.
Annual prepay applies to base memberships. The Lotus Plus add-on is billed monthly.

Lotus Plus — $129 a month
An add-on for members who want more than everyday primary care. It sits on top of your base membership, with a 6-month minimum.
